  • Do you travel outside of Greater London?
    Yes, I do! My packages include travel prices for London and Greater London, extending no further than Enfield Town, Upminster, Croydon, and Uxbridge. For journeys outside of London within the UK, I will travel by train (and taxi to the venue if not walkable). The cost of these travels will be added to your payment. If the journey is 4 hours or more, accommodation for the evening will be required. I am also happy to travel to your wedding if it is outside of the UK; travel arrangements and the length of stay will be discussed during our consultation.
  • What are oil paints?
    Oil paint is a highly versatile medium made by mixing pigments with linseed oil. It offers vibrant colors with depth and richness, allowing for intricate details and blending on the canvas. Its slow drying time provides artists with flexibility for corrections and experimentation, while its durable nature ensures longevity and resistance to fading. These qualities make oil paint a preferred choice for artists seeking to create lasting and visually stunning works of art.
  • Why do you varnish my artwork?
    Varnishing your artwork serves as a protective layer, safeguarding it from sunlight and preventing dust from settling into the surface. This ensures the painting retains its freshly painted appearance for an extended period.
  • Can you suggest what to paint?

  • Do you paint LGBTQ+ events and weddings?
    Yes!I celebrate love in all its forms, and it would be my pleasure to capture the essence of your wedding through my art.
  • Do you paint polyamorous commitment ceremonies?
    I do! All expressions of love are beautifully unique, and I find joy in translating them onto canvas.
  • Can I add in other people to the Pearl / Silver package?
    Yes! Each additional person will be charged at £150
  • Can you paint my animal companion?
    Certainly! I love animals, so it's my pleasure to paint them! If you'd like to include your animal companion, a £70 charge will be added to your selected service for up to two additional animals.
  • Can you paint a deceased family member?
    I will try my utmost to do this. I will require image references from you that I can study and will include your beloved in the basic mock-up stage. This service is available on the Pearl package with an additional charge of £150 per person or the Gold package where there is no additional fee.
  • What happens once I have applied?
    Please refer to the process information outlined on each page underneath the service you have chosen. For clarification, I aim to provide up to three basic mock-ups, if needed, during the visual agreement stage.
  • When will I hear from you?
    I aim to respond to requests within 72 hours.
  • How do you choose who you work with?
    It is primarily on a first-come, first-serve basis, considering the number of appointments I have taken that month and whether I am the right fit for your requirements.
  • I have changed my mind after agreeing on the mock-up
    No worries! Changes happen. If it's a minor alteration that we can discuss and work from without a new mock-up, that's perfectly fine. However, if a new mock-up is necessary, there will be an additional charge of £25 per version.
  • Do you finish my painting on the day?
    No, I do not. Achieving excellence in detail, color, and quality requires additional time in the studio. I want my paintings to be cherished in your homes and passed down through family generations, which is why I give the artwork the extra time needed.
  • I have booked you, and I need to cancel
    Firstly, I regret to hear about the need for cancellation, and I hope everything is okay. Please be aware that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you've already paid the remaining 75%, that portion will be refunded upon cancellation. It's important to note that if travel tickets and/or accommodation have already been booked, and your cancellation falls outside the company's refund policy, regrettably, reimbursement cannot be facilitated by me.
  • What is a reference image?
    A reference image is essentially the photograph(s) you'd like me to paint or draw inspiration from for the final composition.
  • Why do I need to follow the image guidelines?
    It's crucial to adhere to the guidelines as they serve as a visual aid for me during the painting process. For instance, I cannot work from blurred images.

  • I want to cancel my painting
    I'm sorry to hear this. Your 25% deposit is non-refundable. However, if the remaining payment has been made and I haven't started painted your artwork, I will refund the remaining balance. More details can be found in the terms and conditions provided during the basic mock-up stage.
